We also noticed a pattern of customers reporting longer wait times and dealing with reps less knowledgeable about Payment Depot’s services after Stax’s acquisition.
You will eventually get the help you need, but it may take longer than it used to. And you may have to talk to several people before you reach a resolution, which can be frustrating.
